if 5 is the best - it doesn't specify in the directions which was higher 1 or 5 ...so i used 5 as the top.brandi was working very hard to make things go smoothly in what appeared to be a shortage of workers.she is always very nice and does a good job! 👍😊

salesperson was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the car. patiently answered my questions. i did not feel pressured to make a decision. felt like he was more interested in my making the best decision for me rather than selling one car over another. i have already referred someone to him.

we were disappointed that tires were rotated but not balanced.the car wash seemed to be only a rinse not wash with soap. lots of dirt left all around the car.thx
