We felt welcome and comfortable throughout the purchase experience. Todd Van Gorp was wonderful to work with as well as very knowledgeable about the products. The store was very well appointed and the staff was inviting.

Well I accidentally scheduled the service online for the same day when I meant to schedule it for the next day. So when I arrived, we all realized my mistake. The Lexus employees assured me they would work to help me go ahead with the service since I was already there. I expected to have to wait a very long time but they were able to take care of it in a timely manner. Ten out of ten on service, friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, etc.
