very pleasant and easy. our technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. refreshments were offered upon arrival! waiting area spotless. everyone kind and accommodating. wait time was short. i love you guys!

i had an emergency repair. hit a pot hole that totally blew out my tire. lexus provided me a ride to my appointment and fixed my tire within 2 hours. very grateful for the quick fix

i have an issue between my iphone and the speaker in my car. apple tells me it's my car. your service department said it was my iphone. i'm in a stuck place.

it was a pleasant experience. david fazio was promptly took care of the initial paperwork. he kept me informed about the work being done. once service was done he escorted to his office to finish the paperwork and escorted to my car.
