wonderful,

i brought the car in for routine 10k maintenance, but windshield wipers were scrubbing as well. left and they were louder so i had to come back. there was something on the windshield that was not there when i came. i live and hours and fifteen minutes away. it was pouring so they were needed. not acceptable. should check the car better.

todd was my salesperson and he was awesome.. very informative

the car service was estimated to take an hour and a half, and that's about what it took. i had the barista make me a latte while i waited. one annoying point when i got my car back. they had removed the old service sticker in the far upper-left corner of my windshield. they replaced it with a new one -- but -- the new one was placed further down and towards the center of my windshield. i find myself irritated with it being down n my field of vision. it's not low enough to be a problem ... but there was no need for them to do that.

Bryant and Shashank were great. Both were very professional and courteous.
