upon arrival, i was greeted by someone at the bar who asked me if i wanted anything to eat or drink. also, the wait time was only an hour. great experience!

only positive experience! easy to schedule an appointment, i didn't have to wait long for the service of my car. bannon was courteous and polite. i observed several more employees that was very friendly as well to their customers. it was my 1st appointment at roswell lexus, and i will make it my preferred location for servicing my car in the future. thanks!
