Brandi Maday is excellent and was very helpful. It is wierd - my ticket for the car’s service got misplaced. - don’t know how. It was a very busy day inspite of all that Brandi made sure I was taken care of - she got me a loaner car so I could make my doctors appointment on time.She is a true asset for Lexus.

have had better reps previously who keep me informed during a 2 hour wait for just routine tire rotation and inspection.

everything was great except i didn't get a copy of the paperwork that tells what was checked, what was worked or looked at. i don't if that has been discontinued or what? i always like to look over what was done.
