a great experience. igor markovic and maintenance tech dustin (i'm afraid i didn't catch his surname) definitely made me feel valued as a lexus owner. they took excellent care of my gx 460 as well. these two gentlemen deserve a pay increase and are to be applauded for the care they show. also, the entire lexus crew i interacted with was nothing but courteous. thank you and it's the attention to these little details that have sold me on lexus for life. i first became accustomed to lexus being synonymous with excellent quality and reliability through my parents' vehicles: rx 300, is 350, and now a ux hybrid. again, thank you, igor and dustin.
