no waiting upon arrival and david greeted us promptly. he consulted with us to hear of any issues and informed us about drinks & snacks. also inquired as to our needs while waiting and offered a loaner car if we should require one. we accepted the loaner and was contacted by david as to the vehicle inspection. all work was performed in a timely manner and all questions were answered.
