no waiting upon arrival and david greeted us promptly. he consulted with us to hear of any issues and informed us about drinks & snacks. also inquired as to our needs while waiting and offered a loaner car if we should require one. we accepted the loaner and was contacted by david as to the vehicle inspection. all work was performed in a timely manner and all questions were answered.

David Fazio was great. Kept me informed and explained services needed. The car at checkout was cleaned well inside but was not washed. Also the next service sticker was not changed. Again David is a dedicated service advisor.
