this was my for experience with lexus service. i've heard about the excellent customer service and waited a long time to be able to get a lexus. it was a wonderful experience from the scheduling to igor's attention to detail and the wi-fi was great and i was able to work in comfort while waiting.

apparently my online setup of my appt did not go through but the service dept worked me in and gave me a loaner car to go to a later appt. since i travel 70+ miles to get there, i really appreciate their efforts to accommodate me.
