my pre-scheduled appt for a routine service was right on time...i was informed about needed repairs over & above service while i waited...car was returned within a reasonable amt of time & charges were reasonable.david fazio did a great job with scheduling & today keeping me informed.

david fazio, my service rep, is awesome, attentive, and he makes sure everything is exactly as it should be. i appreciate how quickly hr works to get me in and out for service. i will highly recommend him and nalley roswell to others!
