service took care of the issue and did our 5000 mile check-up. bannon was great. he kept us informed and had everything ready. now i know why i choose a lexus.

car was taken to be serviced on time. brandy explained what was to be done, and updated me during the wait time. work was completed in a timely manner.

i had a problem with back hatch not opening and closing properly. also my battery was leaking. all repairs were done under warranty. terrance handled every concern and was very professional and even solved problem that i had after the service with mirrors. he did thisby texting me the info to fix the problem. he gets an a plus. on top of that, my suv was throughly cleaned. i couldn't be more satisfied with my service experience!

my experience with han was awesome. he was integral with my decision to go ahead and purchase. having friendly customer focused representatives is critical. han is a value to your company. everyone else i worked with while at the dealership were also very pleasant and genuine.
