anthony is always professional,explains in detail the needs for servicing my vehicle,gives updates ,uses and looks for coupons or discounts for the services ,more importantly is that he is still with lexus service department.in the pass i had several different representatives,but because anthony is still part of the lexus service department allows me trust what he shares as it relates to my vehicle and provides me with a level of confidence .
