I enjoyed the waiting area and the visit went very quickly. I appreciated the car wash. But the gentleman who helped me seemed rushed, when I asked questions about the vehicle he explained a few things and referred me to the manual (which I have read but still don’t fully understand), he could’ve suggested I make an appointment with someone if he didn’t have time at that moment.

it was a busy day at lexus on a friday and when i arrived for my appt at 11:30 and i knew it was going to be a long service with it being a 30,000 appointment. but brandi was able to reserve a loaner car for me and i was told it could be the next day before they completed the service. however, i received her text saying my car was ready that same day and i was able to pick up my car by 6pm.

purchased new car. its lovely.
