had to wait a long time in the lounge from 12 noon till 6:00 but you have a comfortable waiting room and i brought a good book . terrence came to tell me they couldn't finish the job that day and graciously offered me a loaner . so, i came home . he said he tried to get in touch w me on tuesday to swap out our vehicles but i've had some issue w my ph and didn't get the message till thursday. again, he graciously offered to send his valet and my car to my house so i didn't have to drive to roswell . i appreciated that so much . and especially the coupon on my bill of reducing the price .you have always been so nice to me over the many years my husband and i have been strong lexus owners . i would highly recommend nalley lexus to everyone i know !

the service at the dealer was outstanding . what wasn't outstanding is that i had to bring in my car and pay over $1000 to fix some thing that is a known issue in my model.
