the service at the dealer was outstanding . what wasn't outstanding is that i had to bring in my car and pay over $1000 to fix some thing that is a known issue in my model.

it was great

service call was a good experience.

david fazio is the best. they were extremely busy but he managed to help me with a loaner car so that i would not be stranded at nalley!

amazing to say the least. in and out as scheduled. friendly staff and complimentary oil change. amazing! comfortable sitting area.

brandi mayday was extremely kind and helpful. she immediately took care of the paperwork and started my repair. the coffee bar was an unexpected pleasure. same with the tv in the hallway. each encounter with an employee was positive. my repair was fast and beautiful. thank you thank you thank you.

everyone was responsive and very attentive. the wait time was much less than expected.

mr. gallagher is an excellent service representative.
