As always, I was greeted by a wonderful associate who knew exactly what was to be done to my car. From there I went to the waiting area set up with comfortable chairs, 2TVs, and refreshment center. I was informed exactly what was to be done and given an estimate of completion time as well as a progress report once they looked at my car. To summarize, my experience was friendly, courteous, professional and timely, as always.
