I scheduled a routine 5,000 mile service for my new Lexus TX350. Making the appointment was easy. Once I arrived at the service dept, I was greeted by the team and was informed about the time the service would take. Service was done during this timeframe and I was kept up to speed along the way. I like getting the video message showing the car service being performed real time.
