i would like to compliment bannon from nalley lexus for excellent customer service. he was very accommodating when i arrived for my oil change appointment. in spite of the service department being very busy...three others arrived at the same time. he kindly offered use of another vehicle and handled things in a very timely manner.bannon also promptly called me to explain and clarify the service department recommendations.with so many difficulties in recent times, it is refreshing to have such a positive experience in customer service. i sincerely appreciate his kindness, politeness and efficiency. bannon is definitely an excellent representative of nalley lexus.

work was done very quickly. i thought it would that 2.5 to 3 hours but i was out the door in 1.5 hrs

there are always pleasant staff there to help me . i had my children there for a two hour appointment and there was snacks when they were hungry and also things to do .

terrence was outstanding. i was ready to switch to a dealership closer to me due to the interaction with the receptionist, but terrence was able to overcome my concerns.
