service department manager and advisor worked with me to verify if my repairs were to be covered

the welcome was nice. i was informed of what would be done during the visit and the amount of time it would take. the woman at the coffee counter was absolutely lovely and accommodating. my car was done before the time they said. i got in and left and after driving 1/4 of a mile i realized that they didn't clean my car on the inside or outside. i turned around and went back and asked them to do it which they said would be no problem. it took thirty minutes to do but i was fine to wait. the snack counter woman went to talk with the general manager to speak with me unsolicited. she was very conscientious. the gm, rueben, came over was great and told me that if there was anything he could help me with in the future to just ask for him or daniela. very pleasant visit.
