bannon was great. he was polite, accommodating and a professional. i have an older model and he made sure that i had a loaner for the time my vehicle was in repair. he stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. great service

brandi is always awesome and provides great customer service. always outstanding. what concerns me is the change of leadership at nalley lexus. i can see the things that made lexus stand out from other dealerships slowly disappearing. don't become another honda or toyota dealership. keep your high level customer experience as it was in the past!
