service was good, but the pricing for oil change and tire rotation is a bit high. last visit was less... coming from canton, georgia and then wait is alot. i might have to reconsider other options.

my experience was fantastic. everyone was very cordial helpful and courteous to me. after the service consultant took my car and they the technicians checked it out the service consultant was very thorough with me about the problems that were going on and was able to get me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. i can't say enough about nalley lexus. they are the best.
