the salesperson rami was a pleasure to work with. he was nice, professional, respectful, and a gentleman. i would buy from him again.however, after receiving the vehicle, that i love, and taking a more detailed inspection, i was disappointed to find 2 dents. these were not reflected in the lexus certification exam. this could be deceptive or outright fraud. i choose to look at it as an honest mistake. as such, i would expect the problems to be repaired. please have someone contact me to resolve. your dealership has a good reputation and i'm sure this can be resolved in a timely manner.

The sale person handle our paperwork in a timely fashion and to be honest Nally Lexus was a very pleasant experience for myself and fiance. No high pressure salesmanship, no dealer addons and the Lexus experience I always heard about was truly on display Saturday. I have travel the world in the military for twenty years.
