ray was a sweetheart. she worked very well with me. she helped me weight my options, when i was not sure which car i should choose. she was very patient with me. i would recommend her to any family members or friends. she's awesome.

our original appointment somehow got canceled. i expressed my concerns regarding the lift devices for the hatch back. was told it only needs to be greased. got home the squeaky noise is still there. called and left a message for terrence ford to call us back and he never did
