Customer service here is great! The technician who worked on my car made sure the vibration on my speaker was gone before I drove off. I am rating it a 4/5 just because it was a temporary fix.

My experience with the Nalley Lexus service department has been awful.I was lied to by multiple people about items being fixed and they ended up not being fixed.My new brakes make noises and your mechanic couldn’t identify the problem. I had to take my car to my mechanic and he immediately knew what was wrong.My car was pulling to the right. They said they aligned it but it still pulls to the right. And again my mechanic immediately knew it was the tie rods and that they needed a little adjustments.Overall, I’m not happy. And I’ve wasted a lot of time waiting on issues to be resolved.

Great service and staff is accommodating and taking care of customers. Eric was very helpful and provided information timely and accurately.

Brandy was awsome! She helped my son with choosing the right tires to put on his truck. As a parent it’s refreshing to know someone like Brandy is taking care of your kid.
