Very efficient. Met me as I drove in at appointed time with a iPad to record issues, left key in car, had a cup of coffee, met with service advisor on other issues required, approved, received curtesy car, all done within 3 hours, picked up car later in afternoon clean and vacuumed. Update during entire process.Highly recommend!
