I took my car in for its 5000 mile service. I used the automated system to make the appointment and it was surprisingly easy and efficient! I chose to wait for the service at the dealership. When I pulled into the garage, I wasn't met by someone at my car, but I went up to a service provider and he took my information. Then Clay found me, told me what was going to be serviced on my car and how long it would take. I enjoyed the windows into the service center. Very interesting!! The service was completed in the time frame given and the facility was a great place to wait!

Will, my service advisor is fabulous, always. The whole new telephone AI “experience” is for the birds. I can’t tell you how much I hate it. It is impersonal, it’s clumsy, it gives you no lefts and rights, just plow straight through the experience. I tried dialing 0 for the operator and it said no one was available to take my call and for me to leave a message. I did and no one called me back from that message. I called again, talked to new car sales because I knew a human would answer and they contacted Will Gallagher and he called me immediately. He is fabulous. Your AI system stinks. The 5 stars is for Will. Your AI system rating is -20.
