Service manager “Igor” is one of the best service managers I have had with my Lexus GX460. He worked closely with me and my service technician to identify necessary repair services. His priority is to repair mechanical issues and insure my Lexus is safe, mechanically in good operating condition and giving me his assessment what ny next service will entail. Great customer service and communicates clearly and his actions are professional and courteous. I highly recommend Nalley Service Operations.

You did great. Made an appointment to get my car serviced. Will Gallagher was my service representative. He greeted me, went over what was going to be done and how much it would cost. No surprises! While waiting (nice waiting area with good snacks) I got texts updating me. Will was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Have bought 4 or 5 cars from this dealership and always get good service
