I sincerely appreciated the assistance, kindness and efficiency of Eric when I came to Lexus for recommended routine service. Eric was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. And he kept me informed throughout the day. In the past I had an excellent experience with a former employee, David. After that I had some challenging issues working with other advisors.
