My experience was top notch my Advisor Anthony was very informative & professional.

Everything went great. I had a nail in a new tire (1 month). The other tires were checked and the tire was fixed.

All was good. This was a simple 5000 routine maintenance visit.

It was another great visit to your service department with Anthony. He always shows concern for helping us . He listens, ask questions to clarify and is professional. It is employees like Anthony that bring us back to Nalley Lexus Roswell.

First time using Nalley Lexus for service of new to me car. Anthony did great explaining everything and I was very pleased with the work performed and the time it was performed in.Valet was a little confusing in telling me what to do but I asked a random service advisor who explained the "check-in" process better.

Awesome and swift

I arrived to the Roswell service department for my 10,000 mile service appointment. Brandi greeted me very professionally and continually kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was very pleased with her professionalism. I didn’t wait very long and the whole staff was very pleasant. Very good experience.

Everyone was so nice. The waiting area was welcoming and clean. It was very comfortable. I felt for what I had done that day, it was done in a timely manner. The work done was in my opinion was very minor and should have been covered by my warranty but wasn’t —and that was a little disappointing but overall it was a good experience.
