First time using Nalley Lexus for service of new to me car. Anthony did great explaining everything and I was very pleased with the work performed and the time it was performed in.Valet was a little confusing in telling me what to do but I asked a random service advisor who explained the "check-in" process better.

I arrived to the Roswell service department for my 10,000 mile service appointment. Brandi greeted me very professionally and continually kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was very pleased with her professionalism. I didn’t wait very long and the whole staff was very pleasant. Very good experience.

Everyone was so nice. The waiting area was welcoming and clean. It was very comfortable. I felt for what I had done that day, it was done in a timely manner. The work done was in my opinion was very minor and should have been covered by my warranty but wasn’t —and that was a little disappointing but overall it was a good experience.
