Igor was fantastic! I havent had the experiences with Lexus since moving here. I technically live closer to Smyrna and that one was a terrible experience. My first experience with Roswell was just ok. But this time, AWESOME. Igor went over everything with me in detail and was honest about what needed to be done now and what was safe to wait until the next visit in 5k miles. I will happily be back and request Igor from now on! He let me know my service would take a couple of hours and got me in a loaner so I could go run some errands while I waited. My car was ready in a couple of hours, as expected, and payment was smooth/easy. This was an above and beyond experience! Thank you Igor!
