I appreciate Lexus of Roswell taking in my car at an inconvenient time near closing. I am grateful to the technician who stayed late to work on my car; to Igor Markivic who guided me through the initial problems and helped me to arrange for Lexus roadside assistance; and especially to PJ Krauss who handled the intake of my car, the loaner car that allowed me to get home and the release of my car once the work was complete.

David was very helpful.

The service advisors always do a great job. Never recommend repairs that are not needed. Waiting room is comfortable and work is always done right.

Service was top notch as always. Glorie the service advisor was professional and got my vehicle in for service ontime and informed me of the upcoming 90k service in details. My 2015 ES300h is running great.

It was my first visit with my new Lexus it would have been nice to have my tech greet me. I had to sit and wait for him but other than that the service was great
