Glorie was great. I've had some follow up questions for her and she has been extremely helpful. I usually don't do reviews unless the service was fabulous or poor as I get so many requests. In this case Glorie has been fabulous. I am scheduled for more work on Monday.

I always have a great experience and Anthony W. is the best representative. That's why I don't go anywhere else.I had to purchase 4 new tires at this maintenance visit. Later in the day, I was experiencing low tire pressure (24psi) and was very anxious. Anthony called me back right away, and asked me if I could come back to the dealership. Upon arriving, the tech found a nail in my brand new tire. Anthony reassured me and he was able to get the nail hole patched. Honestly, I felt like I had the worst luck in the world but at least Anthony was making sure that everything would turn out okay. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and also very prompt with responding. I hope you know what a great employee you have in Anthony.
