I always have a great experience and Anthony W. is the best representative. That's why I don't go anywhere else. I had to purchase 4 new tires at this maintenance visit. Later in the day, I was experiencing low tire pressure (24psi) and was very anxious. Anthony called me back right away, and asked me if I could come back to the dealership. Upon arriving, the tech found a nail in my brand new tire. Anthony reassured me and he was able to get the nail hole patched. Honestly, I felt like I had the worst luck in the world but at least Anthony was making sure that everything would turn out okay. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and also very prompt with responding. I hope you know what a great employee you have in Anthony.

I was worried when my regular service guy Will Gallagher was unavailable; however, David Sutherland stepped in and did a great job. David was friendly and professional and my car was well-cared for.
