Went in for a normal 110,000 mile service, but a major issue was discovered with an engine seal gasket. The visit turned into a very major service event. Our service advisor, Igor Markovic, expertly explained the issue and the options that were available, as well as the costs. We chose to have the engine taken apart and getting the problem completely solved now instead of waiting until later, when it could have been more costly or even dangerous. We have been using Nalley Lexus Roswell for several years for our vehicles and we trust Igor’s candid and informative advice each time we have one of our cars serviced. The service department did an excellent job getting our vehicle repaired and looking good (full detail after the service), and, even thought it was a very expensive service, our concern was mitigated by the excellent service we experienced.

I have two Lexus cars, both bought at Nalley and both serviced exclusively at Nalley. From setting up a service appointment, to being helped by my service advisor Anthony Waight, the whole experience is always a good one.

I sincerely appreciated the assistance, kindness and efficiency of Eric when I came to Lexus for recommended routine service. Eric was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. And he kept me informed throughout the day. In the past I had an excellent experience with a former employee, David. After that I had some challenging issues working with other advisors. I was pleased to have Eric on my last visit and hope I am able to use him in the future. Thank you, Sue Larson
