Dealership was very busy, but Brandi Maday was only a few minutes delayed. Due to the safety recall in addition to the regular (prepaid) service, the wait time was going to be >3 hrs. I was offered a loaner, which was very kind and helped with my busy day. Service completed per schedule. Car was clean and I was on my way!
