Great experience, Brandi Maday is FANTASTIC! She’s my service rep and she takes incredible care of me and my cars. She was ready for my arrival and had even arranged for a loaner since my scheduled service was expected to take approximately 6 hrs. She also did a great job keeping me advised on the progress of repairs.

Dealership was very busy, but Brandi Maday was only a few minutes delayed. Due to the safety recall in addition to the regular (prepaid) service, the wait time was going to be >3 hrs. I was offered a loaner, which was very kind and helped with my busy day.Service completed per schedule. Car was clean and I was on my way!
