I appreciate Lexus of Roswell taking in my car at an inconvenient time near closing. I am grateful to the technician who stayed late to work on my car; to Igor Markivic who guided me through the initial problems and helped me to arrange for Lexus roadside assistance; and especially to PJ Krauss who handled the intake of my car, the loaner car that allowed me to get home and the release of my car once the work was complete.

The service advisors always do a great job. Never recommend repairs that are not needed. Waiting room is comfortable and work is always done right.
