I love that if I have to be there for awhile they give me a courtesy vehicle. I don't live close to Nalley Lexus and don't have anyone to pick me up. So I go to the mall while I am waiting.

I appreciate Lexus of Roswell taking in my car at an inconvenient time near closing. I am grateful to the technician who stayed late to work on my car; to Igor Markivic who guided me through the initial problems and helped me to arrange for Lexus roadside assistance; and especially to PJ Krauss who handled the intake of my car, the loaner car that allowed me to get home and the release of my car once the work was complete.
