I’m going to start by saying that as usual I’m impressed by the way that Lexus service takes care of their customer. In fact, I always work with the same service representative, Will Gallagher , and I just sent one of my friends/coworkers to him with her Lexus from a different Lexus dealership for all of her service needs.

Easy check in upon arrival. Little wait before my service advisor Glorie came to greet me and go over the services needed for my 2015 ES300h. Answered all my questions. Gave me an estimated cost and honored my 15% maintenance coupon.
