Team work is great there. My person Joe was off for the day and the guy who was in cube 9 (sorry I forgot his name) was very nice and helpful. He even went and found my keys and delivered truck to the front door.

Juan Hernandez has been my service advisor since the purchase of the Lexus GX550 in November 2024. He is wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every need is met. There is a Nalley Lexus dealership closer to my home, but I drive to Smyrna because I am so happy with the customer service. Thank you!
