He goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every need is met. My Service Advisor, Jimmy Loung is amazing and always keeping me informed about the progress of my Lexus. He knows so much about the mechanics of the car and explains everything clearly when I ask. Jimmy is the main reason I keep doing my service at Nalley Lexus.

Zaher was very kind and professional. It was very busy that day, I had to wait 15 minutes after my appt to be called and then the inspection took close to 2 hours more. I had to wait after my car was ready to actually check out with my service rep, I received a text that it was ready but waited 20-30 minutes more before being called to check out.
