Wonderful communication and love the video the tech did to explain why I needed brake pads. Also, Kimberely is an amazing service representative!

Although the recommendation made was not addressed and I received a loaner vehicle for no valid reason, I must say customer service at Nalley Lexus is always pleasant. Kimberly was my rep and was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The environment was comfortable and accommodating.

I normally go to the Lexus service department in Chamblee. I decided to come here since it's closer to my house. So I brought my vehicle here on 10/10/25, because I thought I had a nail in my tire. Results: I needed 4 new tires and alignment. Joe Awad didn't ask me what type of tires I want or need. He just said I gave you the comparable to what you had. So I drove to Mississippi on Sunday, when I was leaving, the tire light started flashing orange and then solid. the entire time. The next morning, around 10 am, I went to work, and the light was still on. So I texted Joe, and he said Stop by. So I got there around 4 pm, and he came to the car and said if it's a sensor, it's expensive, and then he got in the car, and the tire pressure did not populate. Then he got out and I stated, Now if I just got 4 new tires and an alignment, shouldn't the tech have checked my tire sensors. He said no. Then he got back in the car and checked again, and the tire pressure was front left (clockwise) 43 42 39 38. He said Didn't you put air in the tires? It should be at 35. I stated to Joe, No, I didn't. So then he finally decided to drive the vehicle to the guys to remove some of the air. The guy who removed the air (I believe his name was Xien) explained it better than Joe. I was going to start bringing my vehicle and my Mother's Lexus here. But I will definitely be going back to Chamblee. At least my service guy in Chamblee would check to see if the service was covered under warranty.
