Dwayne Lee is, without a doubt, the gold standard of customer service; not just for Nalley Lexus Smyrna, but for the entire Lexus brand. I have been a part of the Nalley Lexus family since 2002, which Dwayne has been my service tech since he came on board. He was assigned to me because initially after 3 or 4 visits, I had an issue with my first service rep at which time the Service Manager assigned Dwayne to me, and I must say, that Dwayne Lee has consistently gone above and beyond every expectation, every time. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Most recently, I had issues pairing my phone to my vehicle, and not only did Dwayne resolve the issue with ease; however, he took the extra time to walk me through the steps so I could handle it myself in the future. That kind of service, proactive, patient, and personal is rare. Dwayne is always mannerable, courteous, and exudes the kind of excellence that makes him the face of Lexus. If you're looking for someone who represents what true customer care looks like, it’s Dwayne Lee. A true asset to the brand and a major reason I remain a loyal customer.
