Jon was really helpful throughout the entire experience. Only negative was that it took a long time to get it all done, the camera system upgrade apparently took a long time as I was told.

60,000 mile service was extensive so was issued a loaner. Jennifer kept me UTD on ongoing service. Great service, great service advisor. Very much appreciate the convenience of having a loaner over night.
