I’d lost my key fob this time. My previous visit was to have a vehicle camera installed. In both instances Mr Wendell Whiting exceeded my expectations. I came across him by asking one the mechanics, service personnel ‘who was the best service manager’? He told me to see Wendell. He was right. He was on point. Wendell takes care of your issue, keeps the vehicle owner informed, and recommends additional products if necessary. He’s my go to guy. Processional in appearance and demeanor I only seek him out when I come Nalley Lexus for any service.

Juan Hernandez my Service Advisor is the Best! He is professional, very knowledgeable, humble and kind. He tells it like it is! He has tenacity of explaining things throughly regarding my vehicle. Which of course is much appreciated! He truly is an asset to Nally Lexus!
