From the time I pulled into the Service garage to the professional and friendly service manager Cosby, to leaving the dealership, it was a wonderful and very seamless experience. Nalley Lexus, and all of its employees are simply the best hands-down anywhere!

Obviously! However, I had my tires rotated because it was part of the service and they did not offer to balance. Next day, I experienced vibration from the right side and informed my service guy - he told me to go head md get the tires balanced…..🤷🏾‍♂️
