Juan Hernandez has been my advisor for 7 years and does a great job. He communicates well and was very responsive on this visit as well as previous visit. In addition, I was particularly impressed with how well Juan my facilitated warranty claims with outside vendors for an appearance package warranty that I purchased directly from Lexus.
