I was a little frustrated when I arrived because the agent told me he could not find my reservation and that Dwayne was not there, even though I made the reservation a few days before. The customer service agent never mentioned that Dwayne would not be there. Nevertheless, Thomas was wonderful and helped calm my frustrations. He was great and overall, the visit was fine.

The service was good, but did not follow instructions that the advisor typed in. We asked not to have the car washed because of the ceramic coating on the car. They washed and vacuumed the car. Other than that, it was great.
