My service manager, Dwayne, is very responsive and professional. He has been my rep for many years, and it is good to have a consistent and friendly person who knows my car and me.

Well yesterday I got routine service with a cabin filter change. The tech is always pleasant and the service was pretty quick. As I drove off I heard this noise coming from cabin area so I assumed it was related to the filter change. Anyway the team thought it was a leaf and told me they would need to take the car apart for further analysis. All I knew is i didn’t want to drive around. I’m surprised they didn’t check it before bringing it to me. My opinion. I had another appointment and will have to come back for the issue to be resolved.
