Thomas Brown is the most kind and helpful person I've ever had in any business. I needed a loaner car and that process is not good. If you want me to return a car full of fuel then provide me a car full of fuel. Making me guess the percentage is impossible and then charging me for not guessing correctly is not ok. Fill up your loaner cars. I'll do my part but you need to be fair and honest about the process -- very deceptive and dishonest.

Jennifer Rhodes is so good at her job. She is always willing to help in any way. She answers any questions I may have in a way that I can understand. She's a good one - KEEP her!

Jason Simmons is the service technician from heaven. He ensures that every concern is addressed. I have never trusted what a service technician said until I met Mr. Simmons. Thank you Jason Simmons for having integrity and just being a gentleman all the time.

Obviously! However, I had my tires rotated because it was part of the service and they did not offer to balance. Next day, I experienced vibration from the right side and informed my service guy - he told me to go head md get the tires balanced…..🤷🏾‍♂️
