I've been utilizing the Service Department at Lexus Smyrna since 2019. I have had several Service Advisors. All were good guys and attentive to my car issues and to my concerns before and after service. All were professional, timely and knowledgeable. However, BIG applause for Jimmy Luong who has been my permanent advisor for at least the last 3 years. Patience galore and goes the extra mile to price out things for me, explain procedures to me and is just a really nice guy ALWAYS! Thank you.
