I was kept up to date about my car. I even had a service person ask about repairing the small crack in my windshield. I got it done because it was cheaper than if I would’ve gotten Safelight to repair it.

Zaher was professional, informed, and courteous. He kept us informed and updated. Service on the car was completed quickly. We also appreciated that Nalley replaces the fob batteries without cost. The waiting area in the dealership is pleasant and well maintained.

Juan did a great job communicating. I received email reminders and phone calls as well. Service was done faster than the estimated Time. Also the cost estimate came in lower than originally quoted. I enjoyed the M&M's!

Although you had my car for several days and that was longer than I originally expected, the communication from Juan was great and having a loaner car made that process easy to handle. Everyone I dealt with was very professional as well.
