Had appointment with Jimmy King to refresh the information I needed to use the electronics in my 2023 Lexus. He shared information I needed and I appreciated the time he spent with me. Then I turned my car into the service department and several hours later my car was returned and all was well. My service person was Jennifer and she explained all that had been done. It was a good experience all around.

Jimmy Luong was fantastic as usual..took care of all my needs.. Also Pam the driver did her usual outstanding service..
