I was kept I informed of what the issue and the cost was. I like it that the parts were available and the issue could be handled without a second visit. I just wish that it wasn’t such a costly repair. Joe was very helpful in providing a solution of getting a courtesy car when I needed to get some things done when they worked on my car. He also showed me how to use the rear door kick! I love that your car is returned to you clean!
