I was a little frustrated when I arrived because the agent told me he could not find my reservation and that Dwayne was not there, even though I made the reservation a few days before. The customer service agent never mentioned that Dwayne would not be there. Nevertheless, Thomas was wonderful and helped calm my frustrations. He was great and overall, the visit was fine.

Juan was so helpful and attentive. I love getting my services done at Nalley Lexus.

The service was good, but did not follow instructions that the advisor typed in. We asked not to have the car washed because of the ceramic coating on the car. They washed and vacuumed the car. Other than that, it was great.

Wydell is an amazing service advisor. I always appreciate how efficient my visits are.
