I had trouble starting the vehicle (LX 570) due to a Low Battery. Once it was confirmed that the battery was the issue, it was replaced and I was on my way!

I was kept up to date about my car. I even had a service person ask about repairing the small crack in my windshield. I got it done because it was cheaper than if I would’ve gotten Safelight to repair it.

Zaher was professional, informed, and courteous. He kept us informed and updated. Service on the car was completed quickly. We also appreciated that Nalley replaces the fob batteries without cost. The waiting area in the dealership is pleasant and well maintained.
